The food was very good, the staff is friendly, only the ambience could be a little more modern, but that's a matter of taste.

1 hour waiting time to eat. Eating partially ok Pizza hard and burned on the edge (would have been better in every snack) No order was taken for 2 drinks. 1 order was forgotten for 6 people. Was redelivered when everyone was finished with food we can't recommend it, it's a shame made a good impression !!!

The food was good, nothing to complain about, I think the price-performance ratio is also right. But unfortunately it was pretty fresh in the restaurant, some customers were also wearing their jackets, which was a shame, otherwise I would have given more points.

I had lunch there today with my husband and two young children. We were there shortly after 2 p.m., well after the midday rush hour. The tablecloth on our table was dirty, unfortunately the floor too. In the middle of the restaurant was a bicycle leaning against the wall. This probably belonged to an employee. That alone would have been reason enough to go straight back. If it hadn't been for hunger ... We ordered a pizza, a lasagna and, for the children, a children's portion of pasta with minced meat sauce. Plus a drink for everyone. The service seemed friendly and eager, but did not know the menu and therefore could not record any dishes, only numbers. We waited 45 minutes for our not particularly exotic order (after 2 p.m., as I said). The restaurant was max. One third filled. About the food: The pizza was ok, with the lasagna the pasta plates had to be found in the sauce and both children got up hungry because we didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for another serving of pasta. In other words: The children's portions are extremely small and at € 5 outrageously expensive. It was also noticeable that guests who came after us got the food BEFORE us. Conclusion: There is a star for the drinks. They came quickly and were cold. Otherwise, we definitely do not recommend this restaurant.

Friendly service, in spite of the high traffic we quickly got a place. The food was ready very quickly and tasted extremely good.

Spaghetti Bolognese to take away. Very friendly service, came out to offer us a table for the waiting time. Food was delicious. Absolutely can't complain. Gladly again

Pizza was delicious, not a long wait. Apple spritzer very meager and non-carbonated. Service nice and very careful.

Pasta with salmon was delicious. It all came very quickly

Inattentive service including the boss. The drink ordered was not brought three times. That's not how you make sales. Unfortunately, the food was only average. I didn't feel really welcome, also due to the very poor quality of service. I think it's very questionable whether the guests will be won back after the corona break.

Pizza was delicious, the decor of the restaurant is quite nice, and so are the staff. Seems clean and it looks like the corona rules are being implemented.

Before we went to this restaurant I should have read the reviews ... The food was so much too salty, raw potatoes, price / performance ratio wasn't right at all. Service very incompetent and sometimes unfriendly. It wasn't even asked how the food tasted or anything else. Just terrible and by no means to be recommended. 37 euros that could have been thrown in the trash. The atmosphere was terrible, since the unfriendly boss knocked down his employees in front of the guests, it wasn't a pleasant stay. Portions very little for the price. The Bolognese was inedible for children, the spice was more than missing there and it tasted like expired tomato sauce .... ?????

Outside on the billboards advertising for delicious food, which cannot be ordered because the cook has failed. For this, the waiter is joined by the boss in the middle of the restaurant. Thank you no and hopefully only the exceptional case

We went to the Pizzeria La Gondola twice for dinner at the beginning of August and were very satisfied both times. Pasta, pizza, steak everything was great. We can't complain about the service either.

The lunch menu was not really enjoyable! We had ordered pork medallions with champion sauce and the meat had a strange aftertaste !!! Half an hour after leaving the restaurant we felt sick! We had imagined something else, but at the price we should have guessed it! Again, I won't be a guest at this restaurant Update: now 4 hours later I got diarrhea and vomiting and I didn't eat anything after that !!!!! The health department should stop by

Unfortunately the shop is underground. Bad, slow service; Presumably regular customers receive much faster, preferential treatment (despite the yawning emptiness in the restaurant). The food was comparatively bad, especially for the prices charged. Case in point of "once and never again".

Not recommended. Our starter came after 30 minutes and was totally burned. We waited an hour for our meal (pizza), while other guests who were about 30 minutes after us received a starter and main course. Very disappointing.

We have been going to this pizzeria for years and have not yet been disappointed. Never had to wait long, staff was friendly to us and nothing was delivered wrong. Even when we were in a hurry, we managed to take the order, deliver, eat and pay in about 20 minutes. We always go there.

Too expensive for quality. Dirty tablecloth. Dirty glass. Salting up food. Boss extremely rude.

Foods are not good and service is bad.

I have eaten here twice. The first time I had spaghetti bolognaise, which was ok, but I can make better at home. Tonight I was very disappointed with the lasagne. It arrived 2 minutes after ordering along with my bruschetta starter. I hate to be critical but an Aldi lasagne is better. I just don't have a microwave! I explained that I wasn't satisfied and paid the bill, which my company pays eventually. There was no understanding from the owner or apology, never mind a discount. If you choose to visit, the restaurant it is a nice place to sit and I recommend you choose a pizza.

Pizza is tasty, service good and fast.

When busy some waiting time. Food is great. Well worth the wait.
